Fall Mixed Meat CSA DEPOSIT

What better way to fill your freezers with delicious local meats and explore some new recipes than by indulging in the purchase of a meat CSA from the farm. Our mixed meat CSA features a taste of all the farm has to offer. This share consists of a mix of frozen pork, mutton, lamb and organic chicken.

This share is offered on a monthly basis in the form of a bulk bag purchase. Share sizes range from a single household/couple's share  of 12-15 #s per month of meat to a dual household share of 24-30#s total. CSA members will be contacted by the farmers with the exact pickup dates being offered.

Fine Details:

This is a deposit to register for the CSA, the remaining balanced will be billed in full at the first pickup. There will be three monthly pickups October, November and December. Shares are a mix of frozen cuts of meat from the farm and can not be customized. (However please let us know if you have a religious exemption or food allergy so we can make a note and accommodate you).  The exact contents of each share are unique and completely up to the farmers to decide.

Single Household Share $550 for the full season

one 3-5# roast (whole chicken, pork shoulder, lamb leg etc), 2-3#s of ground meats (sausage, ground lamb or mutton), 2-4#s of stew type cuts (stew meat, shanks, roasting cuts), 2-3#s of frying pan cuts (pork chops, lamb chops, ham steaks etc), 1-3#s of specialty cuts (lamb ribs, pork country ribs bacon)

Dual Household Share $1000

two 3-5# roast, 4-6#s of ground meats (sausage, ground lamb or. mutton), 4-6#s of stew type cuts (stew meat, shanks, roasting cuts), 4-6#s of frying pan cuts (pork chops, lamb chops, ham steaks), 2-6#s of specialty cuts (lamb ribs, pork country ribs, bacon)
