Half Hog - Deposit

Fill your freezer with delicious local pork cut the way you want it!

This is a DEPOSIT to secure your share.

 Your CSA is not ordered until you've filled out your cut sheet order form located here. Please select which approximate butcher date you are ordering a pig from.

A half hog will yield between ~70 and 100 pounds of pork, depending on both animal size and cuts chosen (e.g. bone-in roasts or boneless).

Receipt of your deposit reserves your animal, and within 1 week of your payment, we will send you a "cut sheet" where you can order pork to your exact specifications. (This is also linked below).

 For example, customers will be able to choose, among a variety of other options:

• Sausage: what flavor(s), and if you'd like it in bulk packs or links
• Pork Chops: 1/2 inch or 1 inch chops
• Bacon: fresh or smoked
• Ribs: rib racks or country style

The fine print:
